Pros: more points received if loading offers, and love that I can schedule a time to pick up my food. Prices are up to date with stores. And substitution notes are available for eat product. Cons: my card doesn't open fast enough when I need it. At the til it just keeps buffering. It sometimes doesn't work with the self checkout tills, the search for products is not great. It's hard to find or does not exist on the app. Cannot save substitution notes for products I buy regularly.

Update: thought I would try the app again since I heard it was improved. I can get so far as checking out then it won't let me pick my address for delivery, saying delivery isn't available to my address. But if I do it through the website it works. I give up. Old version: Logging in constantly is a pain. I also wish I had the ability to look at the flyer, tap an item on sale and it would create a shopping list for me. That's one feature I used all the time in another store's app.

The new version is not better. Search tries to find your item as you type but stalls out and misses letters entirely. I can't see the weight or quantity of something (how much rice am I actually getting for $9.99? A picture of the bag doesn't tell me if it's 1kg or 12kg). I do like that I can edit lists, but this improvement is not worth the functionality that has been lost. I really hope this app can be fixed soon as I do all my grocery shopping on my phone.
