I get logged out randomly and it's not easy to log back in. I just added $50 and 5 min later, I got logged out and it's not allowing me to log in different ways (FB vs signing in using email). Now that I'm unable to log back in, it kept my $50 and I can't use it. Signing in using my phone number and email address on file automatically brings me to create a new account, which is not right. UPDATE: They fixed the issue. Changed from 1 star to 4 stars.

UPDATE:
We've fixed the facebook login issue, so you should be able to login now. I also added a $10 credit due to the inconvenience. You will see this on the barcode screen of the Coupa App.

We're having a Facebook Login issue right now that we are hoping to resolve tomorrow. This is likely why you were being signed out over and over again.

I use it almost every day to pick up my coffee. Happy with this app. Great design, easy to make a customized order, reload a Coupe card etc. I have never had any issues with this app.

The app is garbage. I cannot reload money to my coupa card I spend several minutes trying to reload using multiple cards and I get a reload error. This has been a problem for 2 years. I always have to pay in person instead. Fix this!

Can you try deleting the Coupa App and reinstalling it from scratch? We've had a handful of users with this issue and deleting the app/reinstalling it has fixed the issue.
