Best by far of the four knot tying apps I tried out. **Pros: *free app *lots of knots *mostly clear pictures and explanations *excellent supporting info, such as clear warnings about misuse of the reef knot *excellent organization and navigability *favorites page **Cons: only one tying method is given for knots with multiple important methods. For example, the Icicle hitch can be tied without access to the end of the pole, but not by the method shown

This app is must have for anyone really. I had to pull 4 3/0 copper wires through a 2 inch conduit and in a confined space. I was able to continue pulling the wire once it emerged by using a prusik knot and I was absolutely amazed with how well it gripped the wires. Thanks developers, you helped me complete a seemingly impossible task!

This app was very useful. I knew nothing about knots, but after just about an hour of looking through all the knots, I now know how a lot more about the way knots work and their uses. I also learned how to make several, and there are very good descriptions of how to make the knots plus fun facts about them, aswell as their common uses.
