2021 - after logging on most options are greyed out and the ones that aren't result in error messages. May 2022 - The app hasn't improved. I'm often unable to book a class, error messages, takes a long time to load. September 2022, it worked for a few months, but now back to how it was, broken . It's a shame this useless app doesn't reflect such an excellent organisation, can't fault the club itself - 5 stars April 2024 - and we're back. Greyed out, error messages, broken again 🙄

Terrible and outdated. Can't arrange the membership renewal I wanted as it defaults to monthly membership (I prefer to pay annually) and unable to book classes as it seems to think I have an off peak membership. No one in the club is trained or knowledgeable on the app however they are not backed up with a department that can help. All queries are sent to the membership team who then send it on to the black hole that is IT. Poor app backed up by poor IT support and service.
