Has froze every time I've tried to use for almost 2 weeks. I called and they said the issue is not on their end. It is!!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Every other app on my phone works just fine, but not Ace Flare. I pay a monthly fee to use the mobile check cash feature, to avoid driving 30 mins away and back to the location. paying the fee is useless now seeing as the app ISN'T BEING FIXED!!! Very frustrated that the issue is being blown off and not resolved.

We have pushed out a fix that does not require you to update the App that resolves this issue. Thank you for your patience while we investigated this issue. I love the convenience of the app. However i can never use it! It constantly gives me error messages upon login when i have the password saved to my phone. And whenever i attempt to reset the password , it rejects the temporary one sent via email as well. This has been a problem since last year. I really wish the tech team would look into this :(

I never had a problem with the app until this past week, when suddenly it keeps freezing after log in. At best I can get transaction history to scroll on the first page, but otherwise nothing will respond, not even hitting the 'back' button to log out. I've already tried uninstalling & reinstalling twice, but the same thing keeps happening!
