Looking up stores and offers is fine but trying to use/ earn fast cash that is offered via the app is a nightmare. Close to $150 that isn't showing up for purchases made. I would have saved the 40 min drive and gone to the same/ similar stores in town if I knew how much of a headache this would be. The program needs to be revamped-put fine print of using debit cards as credit up front and not buried- and easier to use if they are going to charge $25/yr for something that doesn't even work.

I want to use this app, but all I get is a message saying "Something has gone wrong :(" My internet is on, I even turned on data and location. I've reinstalled it twice, restarted my phone, and it still doesn't work.

I have the app and went through all the set upon my new phone and when I got to the end of the "tutorial" when I tap the start shopping button, it won't move from that screen. Any advice. Other than this it's an app we love using when we're at the mall.
