Not ready for prime time. Delivery time is awful for most of the items, add at least 2 days to their delivery estimates. They devide 10 item orders to 10 individual orders/deliveries, waste of time and fuel. The app does not allow you to order more than quantity of 10 for each item, you have to place separate orders to get more than 10 pcs. There are a lot of dishonest sellers and there's no seller rating system. They don't allow reviews, so, I prefer to order from Amazon to save a lot of time.

Best online shopping experience. Only for one time, I ordered an oil from Indua. The item was not well packed so a small portion of it was spelt out from the bottle! However, may be this happened due to the circumstances of shipping or buying any product from India these days, generally. Overall, it's satisfying and very safe to deal with Noon.

Terrible experience on delivery service. I paid for the fast delivery charges I didn't recieve the item for 2days, and the delivery didn't contact to me on even a call. The service is just like a terrible delivery service in the world. The customer care never reply back. service level is under zero level. Thank you.
