Northfield Mobile Banking is a free1 service offered to all Northfield Bank Online Banking customers and provides a convenient and secure way to manage your money from your mobile device. The Northfield Mobile Banking app provides access to your accounts using your existing online banking username and password.
FEATURES
• Check balances – See current account balances for all of your Northfield Bank accounts
• View transactions – View both current day transactions and previous transaction history
• Transfer Funds – Transfer funds between eligible Northfield Bank accounts
• Pay Bills – Schedule and cancel Bill Payments
• Locate a Northfield Branch – Locate the nearest Northfield Bank Branch and/or ATM using built-in GPS location services or search by zip code and address
SECURITY
Northfield Mobile Banking safeguards your data transmissions using the same level of security as our Online Banking. Refer to our Customer Agreement for more information on the security measures provided by Northfield Bank.
GETTING STARTED
You must be a current Northfield Online Banking customer to use the mobile app. Sign-up or log into your account at www.eNorthfield.com and complete the Mobile Banking enrollment section under the Options tab. You will then receive instructions via text message to download and activate the mobile app.

The app will not let me access my account. It keeps telling me my username and password are wrong but it doesn't let me change my username.

Zelle does not show or even exist anywhere in my accounts while using the mobile app, neither from the downloaded app or by accessing Northfield Bank through their website on internet. But it's there when I access my accounts via desk top or laptop computers. It should be there no matter what if bank connects to Zelle at all. And I use Zelle often. That is totally unacceptable! This happened to me several times, making me call corporate office and having someone fix the problem, again!

I like this bank but they chose a poor app firm. If you relay solely on a bank app and not going in person, then this bank isn't meant for you. It's a shame too and doesn't make sense considering all of the other banking apps out there and what many offer. 1 nuance is you can't even adjust account history settings. Go on one account, only shows from the beginning of February to now- currently in March. Also very low mobile deposit amount allowed.
