About this app

This free application is used for Metro by T-Mobile customers to make changes to their account at their fingertips. Check your balance and due date, review your 4G data usage, make payments, change plans or features, and even reset your voicemail password. Just another way to take care of the simple things without making a call or standing in line.

If you're having trouble with an upgrade or crashing/freezing issues, select the MyMetro app in your phone settings and clear all app storage. Try to re-download the app from the Play Store, or just re-launch if there is not an update option. You must accept all requested permissions, turn off wifi, and upgrade to the latest version of MyMetro; otherwise the app may not work properly. Dial 888-8Metro8 and request a representative if you continue to experience issues after following these steps.

This app sucks cause I have a plan were I receive 100GB storage and for some reason I'm not receiving it. And I've paid for it. And when I contacted customer service through metro pcs by t-mobile yesterday. They had me on the line for 45mins and couldn't fix the issue and all the sudden my call was disconnected when they couldn't fix the issue. I'd like reimbursement for my monthly bill since I can't receive emails and or handle important business because ur company/my carrier failed to fix it!

I've had MetroPCS for years and the service has not been an issue. My issue is that the app never works. I keep getting an error message that I need to verify I have the latest version of the app (I do), to power cycle my phone (which doesn't work), and to make sure I'm connected to the network with 3G or 4G (I am). Having an app that allows you to manage your account and pay your bill is only convenient when IT WORKS ON A CONSISTENT BASIS! Fix the app!

Metro PCS has been a nightmare since I became a customer back in November. The app freezes, customer service is a joke since it's a hit and miss on whether or not you will be connected with a representative that actually knows how to fix an issue. Mostly they just make you out to be wrong if that can't seem to come up with explanations for your questions. I wouldn't even rate it one star. Highly unrecommended!!
