Just how many years do you guys need to develop a functioning app ? Incredibly flawed, as if it were designed to make life difficult for people. Hard to find your tickets,,,I mean tickets you already own. Crammed with useless links and supposed information, but can't find my own tickets ?! Resembles the City of New York ...Just terrible.

The app is confusing it should just have one login for everything. Managing tickets requires looking through each app. Should allow more trade ins not only 8. The app also is buggy and times out so you have to log in all over again.

Worst process to purchase tickets. I have a Ticketmaster account, but cannot use or associate. I have to create a new account to claim my tickets. So technically now I have two Ticketmaster accounts, just for 1 event. Nowhere on the website does it tell you you need the app. Just logon using your cellphone (and sends you link for mobile website) to view tickets.
