Product outlook is good, but app is full of bugs. Can't do the setup properly. Error messages are not useful. OTP feature doesn't work. Asks for Wi-Fi password, which I don't understand why and this was a turn off for me. Also asks to connect to 2.5 GHz wifi, which again doesn't make any sense. Couldn't proceed with the setup anymore.

Great product. The application wasn't tested with wide variety of devices and WiFi so you will definitely have issues in connecting to your home WiFi initially. But the customer support was able to resolve it in a day. 3* for the application. 5* for the product. 5* for the customer support. Update: 29th Feature requests: - Auto on feature - Current power consumption and history - AC/DC to DC/AC change event

The app interface needs a lot of improvements. (A) Some features are strikingly missing: 1. No option to REMOVE a device, that has been out of use/damaged/replaced. 2. No option to set a device as the Default/ or re-order devices. There should be a MANAGE YOUR DEVICES Page allowing users to re-arrange/remove existing devices. (B) Custom remotes are pretty much useless, as the buttons are not "CLICKABLE" on Google Home or Alexa. That's quite a disappointment. This should be fixed immediately.
