App not functioning as it is not clickable until multiple tries.open close app. Almost not possible to click to redeem tickets. Pls help.

The app is so lag and it keeps hanging. Cannot even click any button and scroll the page without lagging and hanging. Uninstalled after few tries, with app restarted on its own.

I would say it's a good concept to see mediacorp venture into cashback businesses, and offering a pretty good rate as compared to it's competitors. However, the site and especially the app has lots of rooms for improvements. The UI I would say it's there already. The user-friendliness is totally not. Even on the login page, you wouldn't know you typed in a wrong password, since there's 0 prompt nor error msg. Meanwhile, the session seems to keep getting disconnected on the app. "Failed to get response" keeps popping out after logging in. Would had been good if there was a "Keep me signed in to this device" option to easily solve this issue. Hope to see more improvements in the upcoming months to come!
