Absolutely the best tech support experience I have ever had. My app lost internet connectivity and I couldn't reset it with the standard instructions. I was able to make an appointment on the websiteb for a tech support phone call within an hour. The call came on time and the tech was great. Solve my problem with ease. The device and app are also great

The pairing is horrible... I found the pixel line not able to setup a new device at all. I have to use a friend's Samsung device to pair my devices... That's horrible work. The app ui is written terrible too... The sync between the boiler and the actual status of it just works bad... There's a delay and the sum of how many mins left is just unknown... I spent many times turning on the boiler finding out someone have already turned it on, but my app didn't tell me... These are easy to fix bugs

After bringing new access point it took 18 tries to add device (switcher touch) to the app, but even after that device doesn't connect to the Internet and works only in local mode. After electricity is lost, it is impossible to connect even in local mode, you have to try and go through connecting process again. All schedule settings lost as well. I'd definitely not recommend this product.
