Overall I think the app is awful. Ordering is easy but that's about it. When you get to check out you can't apply coupons (birthday coupon sent to email didn't work) and it seems like they haven't ever updated their app. You can't see your rewards instead it send you to log in on the friendlys webpage and then you STILL can't see your birthday reward. Why bother driving down when you can't be sure you can even get your promised free b-day sundae. Rather just order online if I decide to order.

Not a fan of this app. It looks like it was whipped up in a couple hours with no effort put into the user interface. I can't use the coupons being advertised, and also can't find my favorite orders. I've resorted to checking my order history. Also, I use Google Autofill to enter my card information, and the app doesn't recognize it until I delete a number in each field and reenter it.

I like the app its very easy to use. The one thing they need to change is editing what toppings comes in a sundae. I usually order the resses pieces sundae and there is no option to take out the marshmallow topping. So when ordering from the app I build my own sundae and it costs a little more doing it that way. Friendlys really need to add the option to the app. I haven't ordered food and not sure if that option is available. Thats the reason for the 3 stars otherwise it would be 5
