Worst experience using an app ever! I attempted to use the contact option to suggest they offer a swap on a menu item and once I entered what country I'm in, I was unable to enter anymore info. Then, when I selected the help option from the drop down menu, I was redirected to the menu page, my location had changed, and I was somehow logged out of the app. The app definitely needs some serious work. Guess I won't be ordering from this restaurant, ever!

Every time we get near an IHOP, this app surprisingly doesn't work. So the rewards you have on your phone won't be able to be used. I'm sure this is more than a coincidence. It happened to my friends who had Apple and Android. If you even called up IHOP itself and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Kind of dirty business if you ask me. When you try to scan for points, it doesn't work either. I'm sure that's no coincidence too.

My last experience with the app at the restaurant didn't work. My waitress couldn't help. I spent over 40 dollars and couldn't receive my coins for my order. I reached out to customer service and still haven't heard anything. That was over 2 weeks now. So, this time, I deleted the app and reinstalled it, and I was able to use my coins and put in one receipt. But the one that I spent 40 dollars or more had expired. Smh, why have an app if you can't use it. It's always down.
