This app's always had problems. Every time I start an order, it fails to add my selection to the cart the first time, gives me a button to "clear cart & start over," then works the second time. This seems like a huge hack by someone who couldn't architect an app properly. Now, my saved credit card won't show up at checkout, nor will any of the 1,000+ points I had saved up. Even if I wanted to order without using my rewards, I can't since the card won't show up, even after I add it again.

App was super sluggish while trying to order in-store online so that I could use my points (they've stopped allowing customers to redeem their points in-person). It took nearly 20 minutes to submit two orders because the app doesn't allow you to apply more than one award per order. In general slow and frustrating experience.

I have not been able to place an app order since mid-February. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone but it still doesn't work. It advises no order times are available for today or to schedule. When I try to add items to my cart, it advises it could not load shopping basket - clear cart & restart order. And when I try to clear the cart, it advises order xlkfoekwaer was already placed.
