The app cannot locate my smoker. there is no help. One star it too generous. In fact, the support and help buttons just tries to sell me more items. It would be nice if the app worked. Installed it 3 times still can't find a smoker when I'm standing in front of it. I guess this is a common theme. I like the smoker but why sell something and increase the price if it doesn't work?

When it works, it's great. The app has nice features and is easy to use however its BT, not Wifi. If you're not within 30 ft you lose signal. The worst part of the app is that it drops connection and is unable to regain connection to device. Would it be that hard to go to wifi enabled?

I have tried several different times trying to connect to my smoker and the app can never find it. The extra money for a Bluetooth smoker was not worth it when you can't even use it! I saw the horrible reviews before downloading the app and decided to try the app myself anyway. This is the first time I have been able to agree with bad reviews. The app and Bluetooth are worthless. I wish I could rate 0 stars!
