Very poor, when you are looking to start selling on the app as a new subscriber the experience is very poor.... I paid for a package that was supposed to expire in one month, unfortunately it's now nine days to expiry and haven't sold anything, there customer care always calls to encourage me to add more money to try something. Mostly it's for their own gain, they don't care about the customer anymore...... Paying 7000 hoping to change my life but it has ended up to disappoint me..

I give 2 stars cos it's helpful and I've bought a lot of things through it but needs 3 things for it to be better for buyers. 1. Require seller to post more photos of items, 5 at minimum, weed out brokers. 2. Prices can't not change- you call someone, then they say the price has gone up. 3. Improve on your search result, why am I getting house listings when I'm looking for an electric motor. 4. Look at #1 very important.

Jiji just scammed me, I paid for an ad and put it up then of course it needs to be reviewed which is ok no problem but then the ad was canceled because ad put my number on the poster, so I thought editing the ad would make it be reposted but shock on me after editing the ad they tell me to pay again yet a paid already. The ad had not even gone live yet I need to pay again? 😡😡😡. You gus have to do something about it I have all the info needed
