What's new
* Choose whether changes to an item in the tab should affect one or all item products.
* It's now possible to hide/show all payment methods in the cash register.
* It's now possible to print subtotal copies.
* Creation dates are now displayed when retrieving tabs.
* When a kitchen ticket fails to print, it's now possible to save the tab as *not printed* and try again later.
* When a modified item is sent to a kitchen printer, only the changes (order/cancel) are printed.
