App is awesome for communicating with my co workers and seeing the schedule. Its perfect! But every once in a while, it will log me out and leave me on the "sign in with Facebook" screen and will not let me log in at all. No matter how many times I uninstalled, re start phone, and clear data, it will work randomly like a few hours later or a few days later. I dont know how to fix it!

Not bad put has some areas for improvement. I would like to be able to see draft shifts within the app. I plan ahead on the desktop but when mobile cannot review my draft shifts. Although not strictly app based, I feel the ability to mark employees as sick (or other approved abscenes) is very desirable. When planning rotas in the past I have accidently included employees who were unavailable through sickness. Employees do not need to see this information but it would be great for managers.

Hi Robert, some great feedback you've got there about showing employee status in the schedule. Timeoff requests do show in the Schedules on the desktop and we have a new beta version of our Scheduler which has some of these power features. Can't complain, much better than pen and paper schedules. Edit. Been using this for a few months, and it's still great. Only features I would like to see added are, time off requests to show in date order on mobile app, when I get time off requests, I need to wait til I'm on desktop to approve to ensure I don't approve too many requests. And would also like to be able to edit/create schedules in the mobile app, or even allowing opensimsim usable through a mobile browser. But overall, it's great

Hi David, thanks for your feedback. Improving the Timeoff view is in our pipeline for the mobile. We have bigger plans to make it easier to see, compare and approve timeoff on the desktop. As much as wanting to keep the mobile apps simple and clean, we are always brainstorming ways to allow scheduling in the mobile app. Stay tuned.
