(1/2024) Hasn't worked for about a month again. It's hard to feel secure when the service seems to only work when it wants to. Impossible to contact the company. Don't buy this. (4/2023)This was a great security service for years. For the past year there are outages with no notice of outage or when service will be reinstated. Currently, service has been out for a little over a week. Kind of defeats the purpo of a security system.

Connection: Unknown Error [100] That's all I get now when I try to access my security system. It's been days now and no one has issued an update to the app to fix it. Yes, I've restarted the system, the cameras, the whole shebang and nothing. I can't even get the app to open/log me in to submit a ticket through the app or provide any kind of log for you to review bc this error just closes the app on me. It is frustrating and also unnerving to have a sys presumably working that I can't access.

This is by far the worst and most frustrating smart home system I have ever tried. They won't connect wirelessly or bluetooth. They have to be hardwired in. And even then you get the prompt "device offline." Then it starts everything completely over again. I wish that I had bought this from a store so I could return this garbage but my garage door people installed it and they are long gone now.
