The app is so glitchy. It never works the same way twice. As you pay up front, there can be a problem. If you don't have the info requested and need to bring up some other page such as your email or a web page, then it glitches. Sometimes it doesn't ask vital info such as flight arrival time. And asking the flight number is useless because no one checks that your flight is actually on time! Everytime I've used it, it's taken multiple attempts and a frustrating long time. But it's a great idea!

last time i used opoli, the driver almost got in a fight with a car that was dropping someone off at the airport. This was after we had already arrived. No means of providing feedback on the service through the app. Dont bother with this service. Lyft and Uber are infinitely more reliable.

i paid for ride in advance. i had to cancel a ride they would not refund. I do understand there policy but than I got double charged for canceling. they took out an additional 40 dollars. on top which makes no sense. I have tried calling them to resolve the issue. there call center is in India. there grasp of the English language is lacking. and another thing they dont have as many drivers as uber or Lyft. use them at your own discretion.
