I paid them 349 rupees for 50 hours chat package,they took my money and did not unlocked the package. The app is total scam,the interface seems very convincing and beautifully curated like a virtual hospital but it's totally insane and nonsense. They took my money and asking to pay them again . If I go check in transaction section I can easily see my money going to them but they r just fraud!

They deleted my question and took my money, I had paid for a question and paid to upload dicom files. I have sent multiple email's They say 'we will check this immediately and get back to you'. I have been waiting months for an answer, they just keep saying 'we will check this immediately and get back to you' never do. I don't think there is any doctors their because my question was quite specific and they didn't know the answer, so they decided to delete my question remove my money.

They said your 1st query will be free , and when I made my 1st query (by putting so much crucial time and effort on clicking photos and writing my problem)they asked for money, i canceled it and i tried again but this they posted my query with any photos.
