My wifi is super unstable. When I call i receive no answer. The phone service tells me to use the app. When I use the app the help link tells me to call the previous phone number. Also notice the star punctuation that this app has received is not realistic. Inside the app, if you say you're happy it redirects you to play store, if you're not it only redirects you to Gmail to write your problem and send them an email.

Most of it is very useful and intuitive. Nevertheless, certain aspects like setting the on and off for specific items such as roaming might be modified by accident and cause problems with this settings in your cell phone for internet.

As the time passes by, Jazztel app is getting better and safer. I am satisfied with the service and improvements. The Jazztel operators are efficient, effective, friendly and very helpful. Thank you Jazztel and more power!
