The MySosh application allows you to manage your contracts, subscribe to an option, receive help, and interact with the Sosh community at any time.
Any doubts about your consumption? MySosh allows you to follow the details of your consumption but also to recharge your credit at any time. So, no more unpleasant surprises at the end of the month!
Are you looking for information or encountering a problem? The Help section offers online solutions and allows you to find out about the support forum as well as chat with an advisor.

Tip: a widget allows you to access your consumption monitoring in the blink of an eye.
How to install it? Long press from the home page of your mobile or tablet and choose the “MySosh” widget.

With MySosh, take advantage of many features:
- Track your orders
- Follow the details of your consumption for all of your offers
- View, download and pay your bills
- Update your banking details and change payment method
- Change offer or mobile phone
- Subscribe or cancel your options

requires background localization checks and phone calls management, nothing it needs to work, clearly trying to spy behind your back

This application doesn't work when the phone system language is set to different language other than French. When you type your account name and password, one error message is appears "un problème technique est survenu" Moreover there is same issue with all Orange apps such as "orange et moi" or "My Livebox" and so on... Your developer team should fix this issue

Mobile connect doesn't work well, I'm able to connect but not use anything. When resetting the password, we received an sms so we switch to the sms app, and then to Sosh app who restart from scratch ... So we can't input the sms code ... Someone tested the application before sending it in production ?
