First off, I was stoked to find a game similar to the balloon popping game found in the Mindsnacks apps (rip) which have left a hole in my heart since their discontinuation. I really like the use of both sound and reading only levels. I do think leaners could benefit from the scrambling of the words on the side, as muscle memory quickly played a part in my ability to get the correct match, whether they were in eng or japanese, the same words were always in the same spot! Also a faster level!

I really like the concept and the game play as well as the ability to practice what I've learned in my studies as well as adding new words and kanji to my repertoire. My one complaint is the color contrast of the words against the background. It is very difficult to see pink and purple text against a blue background so trying to quickly read what you can't see becomes painful to the eyes, enough so that I can't play until that is corrected. Contrast is key.

If you are learning Japanese vocab this is worth checking out. (Edit) For some reason correct answers are being counted as incorrect. Also, bright pink font on sky blue background is very difficult to read. Other than those things, its a great app.
