Easily customize the performance of your Petzl, REACTIK + or NAO + headlamp, thanks to their Bluetooth® Smart functionality. Instantly and at any time, you can check the remaining burn time, activate a preset profile or one fully customized to your activity, and adjust your lamp's brightness.
• Get real-time information on your lamp's status:
- battery charge level
- remaining burn time
- the headlamp profile currently active
• Create your own lighting profiles or choose from among the Petzl presets: multiactivity, trail running, trekking, mountaineering, backpacking... Several lighting levels available for each profile, depending on your activity and needs.
• Enter LIVE mode!
- to control the headlamp from your mobile device with Bluetooth® Smart
- for real time adjustment of brightness and burn time
• Emergency light signal: in case of emergency, compose a brief message on your smartphone, which the lamp converts to a light signal. Useful when there is no cell reception!

This app and the headlamp's reliance on it to change lighting profiles and control the red strobe light turns a great headlamp into a frustrating experience. When you try to load a new lighting profile to the lamp, the app loads a glitchy version (title of the profile has errors, different/less lighting outputs than listed). In addition, the app just straight up freezes a lot. It's also annoying that the light has to be on to connect to the app.

Terrible. Strange characters in text boxes. Can't enable Red mode at all. Can't tell that different profiles do anything, which I guess means they didn't! Glad this was a gift, at least manual mode works. App is now uninstalled. Find me when you have better software, I'll be the guy with a working manual headlamp.

So I am not sure why everyone is having so much trouble with this app. I have used it on 3 different phones and phone manufacturers now and with all of them it has worked great. I followed the instruction to a T as they were slightly different than just pairing and so far so good. None of my phones are even listed on their qualified list to boot.
