Clearly NOT a self-care app. It just contains info of the connection (which contains duplicated info of the ONT), and payment history records. Also, limited payment methods (excuse me, only CC and OVO there??), with no mentions to minimarket payment method or some kind like that (which is actually available). Customer service is also bad as hell, complimenting other reviewers as well. I think not only the app needs to be repaired, but the WHOLE internals as well.

Both application and the customer service are equally poor. This app should be the communication platform if there are any disruption or maintenance in the network. Instead, it only shows whether it is online or not. The customer service is also not helping at all, she keeps on repeating "we don't have the information regarding our technician". Fix both of your app and customer service before customer starts leaving you.

Very poor app, useless, crash almost all the time. The wifi connection is also very poor. Will change soon to other provider and not use this wifi anymore!
