I have had more error messages, or nothing at all, it will just freeze and I have to close&reopen the app. When I added my payment information, that was only about a 7 minute process... FOR 1 CARD!!! The station I use this at, I only use the 1, the employees are always so friendly and always have the best intentions... however, they usually know absolutely nothing about the app, or any error messages you may receive, or when the pump freezes in that authorization stage.... Honestly, I miss being able to use the DinoCare physical card. This app is limited, has glitches, & doesn't detect all Sinclair stations. I went to a Sinclair gas station, tried to use the app, once unsuccessful went to the cashier and he said they were in the process of applying to be able to have customers use the app at their location. Never had that problem with the card.

This new version of the app is terrible compared to the older one. I have to log in each time, receive and enter a verification code and after choosing a pump # enter the PIN. About half the time the app says it can't access my mobile advantage account. At least once it could not locate the gas station I was at. I have gotten locked out twice for having made too many attempts to get it to work. The app is not worth trying to use except for the 20 cent per gallon discount.
