not working. wont let me even read the current issue and absolutely refuses to download to my galaxy s9!!

Am I able to install this on two devices? One being my mobile phone and also Laptop ?

Hi, thanks for your question. If your laptop is a chromebook, then you'll be able to install the app onto this in addition to your phone & access any purchases on both devices. If you have a non-Chrome OS laptop, you can still access subscriptions you purchase in the app via our web reader on your laptop, you'll just need to contact us for a login
