mW!SE - Paramount TPA

Neither this paramount app nor website app works properly to upload any documents. Claim submission process is too tedious. Despite taking all our efforts to reach paramount office and submitted all the required documents, sent deficiency letter mentioning all the submitted documents are pending to further delay the claim process. It looks like they don't verify all the documents properly. I am upset with this service.

Unable to login, progress bar is showing from 5 mins and nothing happens.

Paramount TPA app's signup process is frustrating. Despite claiming to accept either PHS ID or Policy Number & DOB, it demands all fields. Date of birth format errors persist, converting to dd/mm/yyyy despite input in mm/dd/yyyy. Disappointed with interface flaws and lack of thorough testing.
