Worked for a few minutes, but now all I get is an error message that my Tracking (Consignment) Number doesn't exist. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it's made no difference. Yet, if I type my parcel's consignment number into the APC website, the exact location of my package is shown via 'APC PinPoint.' Very poor app. Avoid.

Delivery man came, and left as i didn't get to the door quick enough. APP says left a card but didnt. Ring doorbell shows this. So no way of contacting you, not even in app. Also app was still saying it was just collected in green and nothing else, so it was pointless if i was trying to track it 🤷♀️

Well it didn't crash and allowed me to enter tracking number. But the number needs to be entered everytime and only gives vague details of the parcels location. No interaction back to help the drivers. Get you developers to see DPDs app on how to go about it. That's not perfect but far superior to this garbage.
