Worst ever car park experience I've ever had. Followed instructions and it took more than 15 minutes to book in.The first time I tried to leave on the next day had to go through the hole booking reservation again and the person on the other end of the speaker hung up on me and did not answer when I tried to call again.So had to go to the intercom my the office and go through it all again 45-60 minutes to leave. Missed an appointment. Help line only open Mon -Fri 9-5 and this was the weekend

Booked a car park in catania, sicily on a Sunday that was quoted as being open 24/7, however the confirmation mail after payment announced that the place was closed for entry and exit 11.00 till 19.30. Raging
