How does EasyPark work?
Download EasyPark to your mobile phone and register for free if you don’t have an account yet. Once you’ve parked your car, open the app, check the zone code based on your GPS location and press ‘Start’. Your parking session will be transmitted to parking enforcement officers based on your number plate, so you don’t need to worry about getting a ticket. An email, push, or SMS notification will help remind you about your active parking session. When you return to your vehicle, open the app and press ‘Stop’ to end the parking session. You can settle the parking costs on a monthly basis using a payment method of your choice.

The app itself is okay, albeit slow. It's the payment and customer service that is the issue. Tried changing bank accounts, error "please contact customer service". Tried calling CS, option menu is only offered after 1 minute of a robot talking. Getting through the menu to talk to an actual person was basically impossible. Payment is apparently possible through riverty, but that took almost an hour to get it working. Don't bother with the Riverty app, it won't help. Uninstalling now.

Second time I forget to stop a parking and pay 30+ euro for nothing. Guys, FIX your push notifications! I have the push notifications reminder for 2 hours parking enabled and i didn't get the reminder that my session is active! FIX your app... this used to work in the past when the app was called Park Mobile! Unbelievable!

I parked on the parking lot, the session started when I left it didn't stop it kept running for couple of days, I contacted customer service - email no response, chat box useless tool, live chat unable to contact due lack of employees, finally called service desk who didn't want to speak in English, eventually the lady created the ticket, I didn't get any confirmation - as soon as this is solved I want to delete this application - bad experience
