Impossibile to book an appointment! It crashes all the time. Also, I always get a random message that the app has stopped working on my device. Pretty useless. Updating my review, after almost one year the problem hasn't been fixed. Still crashing. Although when you call the studio they keep encouraging you to use the app. Also, I don't understand why it's not allowed to take a screenshot or copying the text of the communications with the doctor. Sometimes it's useful to do so...

The app has always worked just fine for me, but it stopped working after it went from turquoise to dark blue. I've tried to uninstall it several times, and then reinstall, but when I open the app the screen is dark blue, and there's nothing there. I use this app, as everyone else, to communicate with my doctor, and it's important that this issue is fixed asap. It's already been a few weeks.

Usually, it worked fine for my needs, but the last build 7.2.2 12 dec 2022 is very buggy and lagging a lot. I am trying to write an e-consultation, and after a few words, it starts lagging and i get the crash err to Wait or Close the app. It happened every time i tried. Please do something about that, we need this app to get in contact for serious matters like our family's health. Thanks ( i am using Android 13 on an Samsung s21, let me know if you need more details)
