Absolutely terrible experience. The HDFC fast tag that I purchased is still stuck in a PayTM office somewhere waiting for courier pickup ( same status for the past 1 week ). The support phone number listed on their website does not work. Chatbot messages go unanswered as well. My advice is to others is, please stay away from this App.

Fake app to promote the products, They will intentionally reduce the price of the product like anything. It gets good marketing because of that. But when you buy the product seller will cancel the order after 2-3 days saying it's catalog issue. And the refund process is the worst. You have to wait like 14 days for that. Nice idea to market the items without any cost. But customers are the bakras here!! Happened with me twice. Still didn't get the refund for the last fake marketed product.

I have been using the app since long as they were giving good cashbacks and offers. But recently the quality of service, the cashback, delivery and return has gone down. Don't have any customer care number to directly call and speak to them. For everything need to write a mail and followup with them. They don't even bother to get back to customers on time. With a return of an item have been following them up for almost a month.
