Cupcakes are great, App is NOT... This app is so confusing, glitchy and just plain annoying. You can't make any changes to your pickup selection or location. Once accidentally choosing a location and pickup method you're stuck. Can't be changed or updated - even closing the app and restarting the phone doesn't work. Switch and Location menu items aren't what you think that they would be and then ordering your cupcakes offers zero options or instructions.

Unable to complete registration. Can't get past Password entry. Every letter I type displays as upper case, regardless of the keyboard I use. Without being able to register, I can't use this app.

Its dumb how you come and support local stores , and they make everything so complicated. When I arrived to the store I wanted to pay cash but then they told me I wasn't able to and phone orders where closed when I heard one of the girls takeing one( I had called before driving to) . By the time I did my order online Red Velvet was all out and now my sister is left with a pregnancy craving. I usually order Sprinkles when I do party events , and as a promoter of many dance rooms. Never again. !
