The app is broken and wouldn't let me finish creating my account (so I can't log in). Despite this, before my account was even registered, they took 10 euro top up, the 99 cent monthly fee, and then another 10 euro. There is no way I could stop this in the app without logging in. After contacting support to close my account, they would not refund the 99 cent even though the app does not work, and I technically do not have an account. I was charged for nothing.

Tried to use the app multiple times but after I put in my card details it jumps back to the home page without taking payment or registering my parking so unable to park. This has happened multiple times and even after I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Useless to be honest!

Just took 30 minutes to set up and finally get parking. It kept telling me the account existed already and it wouldn't let me into it. Then didn't remember my details, then randomly cancelled the transactions. Very frustrating!
