I tried to register being senior citizen, but unable to due to repeated response; displaying for checking mobile no. inspite of entering correct mobile no. I tried with second mobile no. of mine without success. There is no path/ link for addressing this problem in the App. App is apparently not user friendly and rather be improved upon quickly, to be easy to use and interact. As it is present day senior citizens are not digital medium savy and such like App may not serve its intended purpose

Trying for over a year. When I login with my mobile, the App says, "not registered. Please register." When I go to register, punch-in my mobile and dob, I'm told, "you are already registered. Please log in." This circularity has been going on interminably. No amount of complaints/emails have resulted in any improvement. How do you manage to catch criminals when you can't even handle a simple App problem? Who has the time to devote to people who obviously don't care?

Despite the fact that we had registered during the early stage of dreaded Carona phase,none cared to contact,even telephonically. Today I found that not even a Beat Officer has been assigned. Not surprised about the functional efficaciousness.This was a fearsome unprecedented period when senior citizens really needed a little assurance,nothing more. Scheme apparently a part of PRO exercise,nothing more. Don't find any place in the app from where I can withdraw.Please Help in this.Big Thank U.
