Times on the truck are inaccurate upwards to them showing up an hour early, which is inconvenient since I show up before the store opens to receive orders, and if I'm not there then nobody is available to do so, making it so I have to be there over an hour before the truck is scheduled to be there. There is no option for customer service in the apps, and the drivers refuse to give me a number to call for it, so there's no way to make the issue known.
