First order was great, the quality is wonderful!! Have been trying for 3wks to make a second order with no luck. It just freezes up at 38%, won't let me use a coupon that ISN'T expired, can't purchase anything and can't start over. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and got the same thing. Have sent report after report. As a photographer, this is a dreamsite...if it'd work!!!

Very difficult and glitchy to use. Dissapointing. It had a lot of potential but ruined by a cheap system. You also have to order at least 4 photos every time so you are still paying 36-45 each time. Would be much better if I could order one at a time. And they are supposedly having a deal right now so that its 36 for 4 photos, but it keeps trying to charge me the 45 anyways. Im so annoyed this was supposed to be easy.

Great concept terrible app. Had multiple problems with app. No way to discard current order and start over. Number of squares/price errors due to attempts to restart order. False expired notice on coupon code. Actually needed to add one more square to use. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times to clear current order with no luck. Finally deleted data from app to get the price/number of squares to correct. Hopefully everything will arrive correctly.
