Rides - Hailing a PickMe
1. Fire up the app and enter your pickup location.
2. Enter where you want to go and get a fare estimate.
3. Select your taxi type (Bike, Tuk, Nano, Mini, Sedan, Van,).
4. Lastly, tap “Book Now” and let us work our magic to get you a ride.
Once matched, you can track the driver in real-time with the driver’s name, picture, vehicle type, and vehicle license plate number clearly displayed on the app to help you identify your driver. You can even share your ETA with your family and friends, so they know exactly where you are and that you’re safe!
If you need a vehicle for the day or schedule a ride in advance, you can do it right from the app as well. This particular feature makes it super easy to organize your airport pickups and transfers.

USE UBER! I tried to add a credit card to the app. It would not add but also did not return an error note. I tried a few more times before calling customer service. They promised to resolve the issue and to call me back within 24hrs. They advised me to keep trying to add the card. So I did. Then without warning my account was suspended permanently for too many attempts. Their customer service promised again to fix the issue and call me back asap, it's been 4 days. USE UBER.

As a tourist, this app was super helpful. I was able to hail taxis/tuk tuk when I needed the most and prices were nominal. Some key areas I wish to see some improvements. 1. Real time tracking. On all trips, driver arrived at my location while the app said, they were X mins away. Often showed they never moved. In reality, they make it to your location on time. 2. The price is not displayed at the end of the trip.

This app is not stable. The map also not aacurate. Can not find the location, drivers are going here and there most of the times. Functionality wise also there are bugs. I wonder this was tested, performance tested properly. Same when it comes to the Driver app. Its not loading the details , it gets stuck and drivers are facing lot of issues. Better to check at least the basics. Wonder what are their technical teams were doing. If you have used UBER app, you can feel how convinient the app.
