Some of the bluetooth end-points of the parking lots aren't maintained and do not work which prevents enterance. This is information I can know only after driving to the specific parking lot (חניון מגדל המאה) and trying it out in real time, and not beforehand. Tried with multiple smartphones and got the same result. Had to use a different parking lot without using PinkPark. Very disappointing and a bad experience. Edit 2022 I think it got fixed, don't remember experiencing this bug in years

The idea is great but they will charge you before you arrive to the parking spot even when they know you on the way, i hit my car in one of the parking spot because i had no place to get in (although they said it is a medium size) , on the most important, this more expensive then a regular parking lot!! very disappointed will order only in emergency cases

Even though the app knows you're no longer parked and even though it allows another car in the same spot meaning it's not occupied by you, they will still charge you perpetually until you go into the app and end the parking. What do you when the app freezes on you. Greedy bastards!
