I know it's for "security", but not able to do a screen capture is a bother. I don't see it achieving anything. I use a second phone to take a photo of my accounts. Then not enough detail for checks, deposits. I see the slip but not the individual items for reference. I guess a work around is one slip per one check? BTW managers and policy's suck. Try other banks. :(

Half of the time this app doesn't work. It freezes or just doesn't allow you to log in. Also, according to the Zelle app Pinnacle's app is compatible with their service through Pinnacle's, but I must be blind because there seems to be no such feature anywhere to be found! Banking here is a perfectly fine, but this app is and always has been trash.

Tired of not being able to Log In. This App freaks out probably every month and says it can't confirm my log in info. Also anytime I try to do an internal transfer it says "Sorry we can't process that at this moment. Try again later." For a week now. Very annoying..
