Worst app that someone can design. It took 1 hour just to make a payment, it just hang when u try to pay. Just loading! Which never finish. And suddenly from no where you are there for payment after 15 min. Then if you try to go back and try to confirm that it is the order that you were trying to order, then this waiting starts again. Only way is to start ordering 3 hours before you actually wants to eat. And finally once order is confirmed, and you try to check status its blank screen again.

The app always break down whenever I tried to rotate the screen on my Samsung S6 Edge to view the queue ticket taken.The app also has some problems in correctly displaying the fonts in the app,as evidenced by the fact that, every time I open the app, it fails to fully display all the words in each screen/page. Better if the developer can fix these bugs/technical issues ASAP.

The redesign on UI is a downgrade & very frustrating to use. You can no longer use your points to exchange for multiple rewards within one purchase session. Rather than putting your chosen reward into your cart with the option to cancel it, it will now deduct your points immediately even when that reward isn't available due to unknown reasons, & they won't tell you that until you've reached the checkout page. I cannot help but to feel that they've made those changes to mess with their customers.
