Pizza Hut Malaysia

Completely useless, more useless than plastic fork. Not even 1 star worth for pizza hut. Forget about this just go to dominos. This pizza hut app do not tell you or allow you to choose where your order is placed. They even do not tell me if the shop is close. The tracking order is useless not up to date. Upon checking with customer service, they tells the the order cannot divert to other available outlet. The refund take from 14 to 21 days. They do deserved award for most wasting time.

App keeps crashing after applying a good deal. Tried on both my phones yet the issue still prevails which means the issue lies on the app and not my device. Also my phone sends me a popup alerting me of the ever crashing app and that it is likely due to a bug that has yet to be detected by the developers. I've tried buying with vouchers on three seperate days but the results don't vary and I end up unable to buy it. I hope this helps shed light onto the issue so it can be resolved expeditously.

What a low quality of mobile app. I tapped on order tracking & when I tapped on back< the app just keeps loading without bringing me anywhere. The contact us page also useless. When I tapped on submit you asked us to call customer service????
