I guess this could be a five, but I can't figure out how to use it easily. The menu at the top has gray buttons. The controls are all gray. The background is black. It is very difficult to figure out how to navigate. At the very least, the menu at the top should be easy to use. Green for play button. Yellow for pause. Read for stop. I don't see why the icons for the mixer or the exit or any of those items needs to be gray. A little icon would be perfect. A little color. Something to make it eas

Thanks for your feedback, Marc. Have you tried the different color schemes? Main screen/ setup / ui / color scheme .... I think red or max perf might give you more contrast. Even the brighter variants might work better for you.

This app is insanely good. I have hardware drum machines, and this thing is easier to use than those. Sounds great too. Obviously it's just a phone, so the touch screen isn't as nice as knobs or buttons, but it's super fluid and changing up patterns on the flies totally doable, and even easier than on hardware. This could possibly be used for live performance, and if not, it's just great as a jam tool or idea creation tool.

This is a really solid beatmaking/rhythm sequencing app. It has decent sample editing parameters and audio export for individual tracks and mixdowns. It's easy to use for beginners with enough editable functions for the advanced user. Plus, it is really easy for users to import their own samples and has a section dedicated to them in the load menu for the pads and step sequencer. And it's free without requiring a purchase of anything to import or export audio files. It's basically a beast.
