The MyPoint CU Mobile App is a free mobile decision-support tool that gives you the ability to aggregate all of your financial accounts, including accounts from other financial institutions, into a single, up-to-the-minute view so you can stay organized and make smarter financial decisions. It is fast, secure and makes life easier by empowering you with the tools you need to manage your personal finances.


FEATURES
Multi-Account Aggregation: View all of your financial information (balances, transaction history, merchant spending averages) in one place for on-the-go organization.

Alerts & Notifications: Set alerts for low funds and be notified about upcoming bills.

Add Tags, Notes, Images & Geo-Information: By enhancing transactions with custom tags, notes or photos of a receipt or check, you have the ability to stay organized and find exactly what you’re looking for when searching through your finances.

Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact MyPoint Credit Union customer service directly from the app.


SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.


GETTING STARTED
To use the MyPoint CU Mobile App, you must be enrolled as an MyPoint Credit Union Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

I've been able to avoid unnecessary fees, when signing up the kind lady who helped me create an account genuinely want to make sure I made the right decisions. She educated me on the basic, safety and possible fees that could come from using Mypoint bank. Both the bank and it's app are great. The Mypoint app is fast, and reliable with free transfers of money through zelle. I've delt with other federal credit unions and this one is definitely one of the better ones I've experienced.

This app has improved through the years. I have no issues viewing hold, doing transfers and depositing check all on my phone. The app for me has worked flawlessly and the customer service has been excellent in helping with setting up Samsung Pay. My only gripe is the lack of face ID unlock for Android like they have for iphone. Google Pixel just released the Pixel 4 which uses IR matrix like Apple does but support for it is slow to roll out.

You got two stars because it took me seven to nine tries to deposit my check from the state because the app couldn't read the very visible number on the bottom that was very much inside the box. I'm honestly had issues with having my account information update when I log in so I can't accurately see how much money I've got either. It's an app.
