Ok, so in a dark car park, read the name of the charger, read which port you're socketed into, and remember them while you find the way out - there's no phone signal. Then enter them into the app, which gives no feedback on whether it's working. Then , come back hours later to find you've done no charging. This app should not exist! I don't want your nonsense account, just swipe my damn card! I will avoid podpoint whenever possible.

doesn't say how much the current charge is costing to allow you to top up as you go. doesn't clearly state if your car is connected and charging. doesn't state if you have successfully confirmed a charging point. doesn't allow you to remotely stop a charge. the points don't have an E-stop. how to guide on the app doesn't have a troubleshooting guide. customer service only work part time. really bad experience

Have a pod point chargepoint fitted at home and been using the app for a few years now with no issues but recently the chargepoint keeps dropping connection from my WiFi which causes me issues and now over the last few days the app constantly crashes when trying to access the energy supplier details so cannot change my tariff.. have uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same issue. Not good.
