Worst app ever used, want to change my auto debit but cannot because the app keeps onloading and loading. Tried reinstall, phone restart, no app updates, and everything still not working. I don't know what the app testers are doing in this company.

comparing the features, price are all good but once you enter the data to compare the rates immediately you will start to receive calls, eventhough you have not asked for assistance the call centre personnel speaks in a dominant way stating that you need to complete the process asap else it may be a problem, they don't look at the data. I was looking for the renewal of vehicle insurance it is not expired but going to be, the call centre personnel don't look at the data at all.

I submitted the request for change in policy registration number. However, the team informed me that the video and change request is valid, but I had mistakenly entered the old vehicle number in the app and hence request was rejected. I'm unable to validate it, and the Policybazaar team is not cooperating at all. It's their app, yet they lack control over it, continually forcing me to create the video repeatedly. They refused for physically inspection in my location.
